Unemployment Claims
We understand that Unemployment greatly affects your SUTA rate. We will protect that.
All unemployment claims are tracked and recorded by our Unemployment Coordinator through all the various stages. We will respond to claims at your direction. All necessary forms will be completed by us and you will be kept informed of any issues. Unemployment Insurance telephone hearings will be set and attended by our coordinator. We understand that unemployment greatly affects your SUTA (State Unemployment Tax Act) rate and we want to protect that.
We will record and track your quarterly benefit charges. If an error appears on your account, we will file to appeal it. Your benefit charges are documented for historical review to help you control your future business plan.
