Will I work with one payroll professional dedicated to my payroll?
Yes, a payroll professional will be assigned to work with your company on a regular basis.
How is payroll data submitted?

Will my wage information be kept confidential?
Yes. All sensitive material is maintained in a secured environment. Paper waste is shredded.
How will payroll checks be delivered?
Depending on your geographical location the following delivery methods are used: UPS, US Mail or local courier.
Will checks be inserted envelopes and sealed?
Checks will be inserted into individual envelopes and sealed or left unsealed as requested.
Can your payroll system accommodate my pay period?
Our payroll system can accommodate any pay cycle: weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly.
Are there extra charges for W-2's, tax reports, etc.
Reports, W-2's and tax filings are provided at no additional cost.
How quickly can you re-run a payroll if there is a mistake?
Our payroll department will reissue a corrected check they same day it is requested.

How secure are my files?
They are actually far more secure than you having them on your PC, Network, or at your office. We have the integrity of backed-up information, and replacement systems in a critical crisis situation. In fact, because our business relies on this, we are far better prepared to continue with system availability than your business. So, in the event of crisis (office fires, sabotage, hardware malfunction) your Payroll can still get processed, your files will still be in tact, and you can rest comfortably that your employees will be paid on time.
What Reports do I get?
There are a plethora of reports available including payroll registers, vacation or PTO reports, certified payroll, etc. There is no additional charge for reports.
What banks are available for direct deposit?
Any financial institution who is currently a member of the Automated Clearing House (ACH). Most financial institutions are members.
What happens if there is a mistake on a payroll check?
Contact the payroll department immediately so that we can issue a corrected check. This process generally happens the same day the problem is reported.
